View Your Invoices

When you first open this page you will be shown all outstanding invoices on your account (if any).

websites<

Our typical payment terms are 14 days from invoice date, but may vary on a project by project basis. You should contact Darren Street or Catherine Street at Nine9 Limited if you are unsure as to the status of your account.

Bank reconciliation does not occur until the last day of the month. Payments made by direct bank transfer will not show as paid until this process has occurred. Even if you pay on the first of the month it will not show as paid until reconciliation has occurred.

It should also be noted that invoices without a number against the total are invoices raised but not released. This is quite normal for customers on support contracts with Nine9 Limited.

The headings on the grid are underlined which means that you can sort by:

  1. Invoice number
  2. Date the invoice was issued
  3. The total amount of the invoice including VAT
  4. The description of the invoice
  5. Details of any deposits taken prior to commencement of works

Click on the heading to automatically adjust this view to your preference.

If you click on the associated “view” button on the right hand side of the grid the full invoice will be shown.
