Logging On to Nine9 Self Service
This couldn't be simpler. On any of our webpages (including this one) is a link button to connect to the login page.
Click on this links and you are connected to the login page. The login page is similar to many websites that feature a customer sign on.
You will need a valid username and password to connect to Nine9 Self Service. If you are the main Nine9 Ltd contact with your company you may have received an email detailing your username and password. If you haven’t click here and let us know.
Once you have your Username and Password you can enter them in the boxes and click the "Log In" button. If you select the "Remember me next time" option, we will write a small file in your browser (called a cookie) that has your username and password stored, so that you don't have to remember it. If you know your browser blocks cookies then un-tick this option.
Once you have logged in you will be taken back to the main home page. You will notice that the login box has been replaced with a “Tasks” box and your username is displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Click on the Control Panel Task Option to view all your tasks.

- View all Websites
- View your Invoices
- View your Helpdesk Calls
Additionally you can also
- Edit your Profile
- Change your Password
- Create another user for this account
